       Event Health & Safety Policies

Based on guidance from government and health officials, along with industry professionals, Rome River Jam has implemented a number of enhanced health and safety measures that will allow fans to have a safe and comfortable experience.

Guests and personnel will be required to follow strict at-show safety precautions. All safety measures will be distributed to guests prior to the event and upon entry. Attendees will be required to be briefed before entering, wear face masks, and physically distance throughout the event. 

 

Face Covering

All guests will be required to wear face masks upon entry, in common areas, and when physical distancing is not possible.  Guests will be instructed to apply face covering when leaving designated seating area. Plan to bring a face mask each day, and follow face covering guidelines outlined by the CDC. 

Physical Distancing

The show area will be divided into physically distanced reserved viewing areas.  Guests will select a private viewing area of their choice when purchasing a ticket.  Reserved viewing areas are available in groups of 6, you must purchase all 6 tickets in a selected grouping. Guests will receive an email with a assigned entry time for their reserved viewing area.

Assigned Entry times

Entry into the event will be divided into specific assigned times based on seating sections. After purchasing a ticket, guests will receive an email with a assigned entry time for their reserved viewing area.

Enhanced Cleaning Measures

Event cleaning and disinfection team will regularly clean shared surfaces within common areas. Cleaning team will be doing between use cleaning where applicable. 

Hand Washing & Sanitization

Hand sanitization stations will be available at a variety of locations throughout the event grounds. It is important to sanitize your hands regularly and after contact with any shared surfaces.  

Going Cashless

Any and all payments at Rome River Jam will be cashless, cash will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Signage / Ground Markings

Signage and ground markings will be in place to guide guests through entrances, exits, and the event area. Signage will be placed throughout the venue to remind guests of safety and health practices. 

Delivery Service

Servers will take orders and deliver drinks to each private viewing area. All drink orders will be delivery only. 

Pre ordered Beverages

Guests can pre-order a cooler of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages online before the event. Pre-ordered drinks will be delivered to guests upon arrival to the event grounds. Each reserved seating area of 6 is allowed to pre-order up to 24 drinks. Click here for more information on pre-ordering beverages. 

Stay at Home If you are Sick

You are in charge of your own health, please take care of yourself and consider the health and safety of others. If you are in a high risk group please stay at home. If you have been sick with COVID-19 or any other illness, or think you may have COVID-19, please stay at home. 

    • All policies and procedures are in place with current and up to date CDC recommendations, and will be continually updated to stay within updated guidelines.
